Location: the hotel was just next door to the historic monuments and museums and such, many fine restaurants and 10 minutes away from Airport. I was surprised at nearby Carafe Coffee Roasters, they had some goodies, drinks...

Their staff were disappointing.

The staff members were all super-friendly, the rooms were exceptionally clean with balcony, the best bathtub. Its location not very far from Embassy of Canada was good and beautiful. The area was good just off big shopping centre, many shopping areas and Guatemala.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. We were also impressed with the location, as it was in a great area, close to all good restaurants and an upscale mall. The transportation options were convenient, with parking available.
